Yearly renewal $225.00

CREA - Certified Real Estate Appraiser

Requirements:
  • Applicant must be one of the following:
    • State Residential Licensed Appraiser adhering to USPAP.
    • State Certified Residential or General Appraiser adhering to USPAP.
  • Applicant must submit an "Application for Admission."
  • Applicant must submit membership dues of $225.00 and a one time processing fee of $20.00 (check or credit car charge) with "Application for Admission."


Yearly renewal $245.00

CCRA - Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser

Requirements:
  • Applicant must be a State Certified General Appraiser adhering to USPAP.
  • Applicant must submit and "Application for Admission."
  • Applicant must submit membership dues of $245.00 and a one time processing fee of $20.00 (check or credit card charge).


Yearly renewal $295.00

CCRA - CREA, CCRA Dual Designation

Requirements:
  • Applicant must be a State Certified General Appraiser.
  • Applicant must submit and "Application for Admission."
  • Applicant must submit membership dues of $295.00 and a one time processing fee of $20.00.


Yearly renewal $195.00

RTA - Registered Trainee Appraiser

Requirements:
  • Applicant has completed the education for becoming a state licensed or certified appraiser.
  • Applicant will be pursuing or is currently a trainee Appraiser under the supervision of a state licensed or certified Appraiser.
  • Applicant must submit an "Application for Admission".
  • Applicant must submit membership dues of $155.00 and a one time processing fee of $10 (check or credit charge).


Yearly renewal $155.00

RPM - Registered Professional Member

Requirements:
  • Applicant has an interest in Appraising or related fields (salesperson, broker, review appraiser, underwriter, etc.)
  • Applicant must submit an "Application of Admission".
  • Applicant must submit membership dues of $155.00 and a one time processing fee of $10.00 (check or credit card charge).


Yearly renewal $195.00

Affiliate Member

Requirements:

The Affiliate Member designation is reserved for professionals who work in the Real Estate Industry or who have clients in the Industry and are interested in keeping up-to-date on the profession while not having the technical experience, or designations required for certification.



Yearly renewal $95.00

Retired

Requirements:

The "Retired" designation is to be used for Members who have had at least 5+ years of prior "active" NAREA Membership and who have ceased working within the industry or with clients. These "Retired" professionals wish to receive industry updates and take advantage of the many benefits offered to our active Members.

All new and existing members certify under oath, that all questions have been answered honestly to the best of their knowledge and ability. When approved shall abide by the Associations Professional Code of Ethics and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
